Construction testing

Using in-house capacities and subcontractors – accredited laboratories.

  • Compaction tests of earth structures (embankments, trench backfills, consolidation layers, and foundation soil for spread foundations)
  • Soil and aggregate tests for the construction of earth structures (control and verification tests)
  • Concrete structure tests (both non-destructive and destructive testing of concrete properties in structures)
  • Pavement structure tests (protective and base layers, structural layers of asphalt and concrete pavements)

Geotechnics and earth structures

Design and optimization of earth structures for transport, civil, and water management constructions, including solutions for weak subgrade improvement under roads and halls using various technologies and materials (reinforcement, chemical and mechanical stabilization, replacement of unsuitable materials, etc.).

Quality control and management

During construction – quality assurance for investors, contractors, construction supervision, or project designer’s author supervision.

Geotechnical survey and diagnostics

Geotechnical survey, construction-technical survey, and diagnostics of structures for transport, civil, and water management constructions.

Proficiency testing

STN 73 6190:2019

Static Load Test

Gradual loading of the layer surface with a rigid circular plate of 150 mm to 762 mm diameter, using a hydraulic cylinder and a counterweight.

STN 73 6192:2011

Dynamic Load Test

Light dynamic plate with a diameter of 300 mm, loaded by a quick impact of a moving weight. Measurement depth of up to 500 mm.
